Good good and great staff.

Food is very good. Service though was a little slow.

The only place I'm given a 5 star since being in Florida Diffently worth it.

Don't judge this book by its cover.This place outside look does not honor its indoor environment at all; I got greatly surprised with their neatness, cleanliness, great food, service and worth accesible prices. Their menu is very assorted.They managed real well to find a good balance between quality & pricing.I do recommend it widely.

The pancakes were dry and not very good for a place named Flapjacks. Though I'd be willing to give the another try. I liked the charm and friendly syaff.

I got their meat omelette for take out with a side of pancakes. The pancakes were pretty big and perfectly cooked! The omelette was very thick and cooked perfectly. It was absolutely packed with delicious meats! I cant wait to try their philly cheesesteak omelette

This place is a hidden treasure. Very good food large amounts of food with each meal and at an affordable price with good service.

My husband travels for work and came across FLAPJACKSAnd raved about it , the following morning he wakes us up and tells us he found a place for us to enjoy and support our local businesses. Due to the virus a lot of places are closing, please support local restaurants. FLAPJACKS is order and pick up for now due to the virus ,it has a clean environment, awesome service, the most delicious biscuits and gravy and philly cheese steaks. Cant Waite to try the strawberry banana split waffles next time . Thank you Flapjacks for such a amazing taste bud experience most definitely be back soon.;)

Been wanting to hit this place for breakfast and finally did. But didnt order breakfast, I ordered the Club Sandwich. Was great and friendly staff and server. French Fries were crispy and the quality of the cold cuts were good as well. Will be back for the breakfast next time, LMAO!

Very tasty food! This was my very first visit to this establishment and I'm well pleased. I had a very simple breakfast, two eggs, home fries (deep-fried), ham steak & toast - it was ALL delicious! I'll visit again!

A nice little diner - with a typical diner menu. They use milk in their eggs for omelettes (it makes them fluffy), which i do not prefer, but the coffee is good, hot, & free flowing: the grits were good: and the rye toast was perfect (not burned anywhere).I will ask to skip the milk in the omelette next time - but there WILL BE a next time!

Fantastic!! Unfortunately a bit of a hike for us from Indian Rocks Beach or we would probably be there everyday!! Even with the 50% capacity restrictions, the staff made this breakfast experience wonderful. The food was excellent. HUGE omelets, great prices. Super-friendly service all around. Loved it!!!

Very clean and friendly neighborhood place. Food was wallet friendly and tasted great. I would recommend this place anytime. I had breakfast. Biskitts, sausage patties, eggs, topped with sausage gravy. Seasonal fruit on the side. Yummie and plenty.

Great food and hospitality!

The food was very good, cheap and large portions. Don’t be fooled by it’s outside appearance looking like it’s going to be a hole in the wall. It’s an adorable, charming little restaurant inside. The service was terrible but everything else was wonderful. We had an older lady with short blond hair at the Safety Harbor location. I don’t remember her name but she was awful everything else was great.

My favorite breakfast place around. Great food and great service. Always clean.

Wait staff was excellent and food was very good

I visited on 1/2019. At 75% capacity on a Monday morning. Staff immediately noticed, greeted me, and was seated by the bar in 10 seconds. I ordered Meat Omelette with home fries and a pancake. It came out relative quick and pancake was delayed which was great, I'd prefer a hot cake over a cold one. The Omelette was cooked insanely well ,fluffy, real chedder, no salt/pepper/hot sauce needed anywhere. Coffee wasn't watered down and each sip was a caffeine delight. I left with a smile on my face. Will return.

The food is really good for breakfast. The only downside is the service. Sometimes it is great. Other times bad. Some servers like to talk with each other about personal issues while the place is busy. I have seen several times a server eating in front of me. One server poured herself a glass of juice and drank it in front of everyone. They also bring in drinks from other places. If you go the food is great and much better than most but hope you can get good service.

Absolutely amazing breakfast place. The skillets are incredible. The service is excellent there's plenty of parking the prices are excellent. Be sure to check this place out definitely a good spot for breakfast I'll be back for lunch. I expected to like this more. Kind of disappointed. The food was fine, but not exceptional. The service was not friendly or fast. They were busy, but it seems like the kind of one that's always busy. They should do better. The coffee was awful. Royal Cup shouldn't exist outside of mid level hotels and service station waiting rooms. The sausage in the skillet was sliced link sausage. The sausage gravy with white gravy with slices of links tossed in. The prices were fair, though.

Good food at a good price. Staff was friendly and overall the place was very clean.It is a little bit of a tight fit and the outside was a little rough but it's part of a small strip mall.

Good food. Nice atmosphere. The servers are authentic and are not the type to put a pretty face on and not perform excellent service. The service will keep me coming back. Cindy and Dani were welcoming and made sure that while I dined that I had all my needs met.

The food is good and the service and atmosphere is wonderful. There menu needs work kinda confusing. Make sure you tell the waitress twice if you have any special request like "lightly cooked bacon". They forget a lot :(

My experience at the safety harbor flapjacks is always amazing! My sister, her children, and myself go frequently. Last time we visited the restaurant my sisters children were a bit winey because they were hungry. The manager, Dusty, recognized this and within a couple minutes of us sitting down (before we even ordered) brought over a treat for the kids to keep them happy. These little touches and attention to detail is what makes Flapjacks a place we’ll always go back to. They also have great portion sizes and the service is always on point!!

General Manger at this store lacks professionalism, and basic common sense as an adult. Told me he was going to hire me, and call me within a Few days. Waited those few days, and never got a phone call. I called to show the gentlemen I still wanted the job, he said he’d call me back within an hour. Never got that phone call back. Not bothered that I didn’t get the job, more annoyed, because I said no, to two other job offers, due to being under the impression I was hired for this job. In a leadership role, you need to have a back-bone and just tell people the truth instead of beating around the bush, and wasting people’s time. I got hired at a much nicer restaurant, where professionalism is applied day to day, and is ran under what most people call “real management” .I truly dodge a bullet. I wouldn’t want a boss like this signing my paycheck anyhow.

Go here quite often. Usually pretty good. We bought biscuit and gravy. Today it had hardly any gravy covering the biscuits which are flat so I don't know how they make the flat biscuits. All in all it was not very good today.

Good food. Good prices and a nice staff. No waiting for our lunch either. A good time overall. Definitely recommend. Oddly high urinals. I'm 5'10 and had concerns about the water depth if you catch my "drift". Worth a trip just for that alone.
